If you fly out of Europe with any airline or fly to Europe with a European airline, you may be entitled to compensation in the following situations:
- flight delay - if the flight is delayed by 3 hours or more,
- flight cancellation - if the flight was cancelled less than 14 days before departure,
- denied boarding - if the airline has denied boarding.
How do I redeem the offer?
It only takes a few steps to get compensation.

- Then enter your name and select the Visa card you used to book your flight.
- For the Classic card, you will receive a discount in the form of a reduced AirRefund commission rate of 25%. For the Premium card, you will receive a discount with a reduced AirRefund commission rate of 20%.
- AirRefund will contact you directly at your email address after checking the reasons for the situation. Once confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to sign the authorization.
